MAKING A WILL
As we believe it is essential that everyone makes a will regardless of age, health or wealth, our charges are minimal;
£150 + VAT for an individual, and £200 + VAT for a couple to make a basic will.
Drawing up a will and planning for the future ensures that your estate will pass to who you decide rather than who the law dictates or, worse still, the government! Did you know if there is no will and no traceable relative, the property of the dead person falls by law to the Crown.
The relatively simple procedure of preparing a will removes uncertainty and brings peace of mind. It can also assist in alleviating some of the distress to your family who would be required to deal with your affairs and estate after your passing. A will undoubtedly saves time and money if your estate requires confirmation.
